1. General

Feels creates and sells art and interior design objects focused on craftsmanship and emotional expression.
This policy applies to purchases made through our online store (www.feels.se). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment

Payments are securely processed through our partners (Stripe, PayPal, or Klarna, depending on region).
All prices are shown in SEK (or equivalent currency) including VAT where applicable.
Customers outside the EU (e.g., UK or USA) are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

3. Shipping

We ship to Sweden, the Nordic countries, the UK, and the USA.
Delivery time varies by product and destination, typically 10–20 business days.
Tailor made items take longer; or according to agreement.
Orders are shipped with tracking, and you’ll receive confirmation by email once dispatched.
Feels is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

4. Right of withdrawal & returns

You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition.
The customer covers the cost of return shipping.
Custom or personalized artworks are non-refundable.

5. Complaints

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
We will replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.
Return shipping for approved complaints is covered by Feels.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your data is only used to process your order and communicate regarding your purchase.
We never share your data with third parties except our payment and shipping partners, in compliance with GDPR.
