Are all pieces handmade?

Yes – every item in our collection is crafted by hand. This means no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Subtle variations in shape, glaze, and texture are part of their beauty and what makes them unique.

Will my product look exactly like the images?

The images you see represent the design, but each piece will have its own character. Think of them as siblings – part of the same family, but never identical.

Do you take custom orders?

We welcome special requests. If you have a particular wish – whether it’s a size, color, or concept – feel free to reach out. We are happy to discuss bespoke creations. In fact we make customized items for companies. For example we made the award for Interreg NPA in Bodø.

Where are the products made?

All Feels pieces are handcrafted in our studio, at Gammelstad, Luleå in Sweden, with great care and attention to detail.

How do I care for my piece?

Handle with care, as each object is handmade and delicate. Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid strong cleaning agents to preserve the finish. Most of our pieces are made in stoneware so they’re not as delicate as you may think.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
